The Medical Group provides a wide range of offerings including primary care specialty care behavioral and mental health and urgent care both digitally as well as at physical locations in Massachusetts New Hampshire and Maine. The group also offers outpatient surgery and endoscopy imaging cardiac testing and infusion. We are located at One Hutchinson Drive in Danvers MA. As an Internal Medicine office we provide physical examinations routine health screenings and preventative care for adults.
Job Summary
We are seeking fulltime 40hour Medical Assistant to support this office onsite Monday through Friday from 8:30am to 5:00pm.
Responsibilities include:
Ensuring efficient patient flow through the office
Assisting during office visits (rooming examinations procedures and treatments as directed)
Performing clinically appropriate tasks related to coordination of care (general patient guidance test results prescription refills etc.
Maintaining neat clean and safe patient care areas
Interacting with patients and their families in a professional friendly manner consistent with their needs
Required:
- High School diploma/GED
- Either BLS or Annual Manikin training including CPR and AED after 6 months of hire
Additional Job Details (if applicable)
Preferred:
- Medical Assistant Course or diploma program or a minimum of 1year professional experience
- National MA Certification via AAMA AMT NHA or NCCT
