Business Development Representative (BDR)
What Youll do
Were looking for a resultsdriven business development representative to actively identify develop and create new midmarket and enterprise business opportunities. You will collaborate with marketing to drive campaigns and outreach to generate netnew sales pipeline each quarter to help us boost topline revenue growth and customer acquisition levels.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Prospect into strategic business accounts via cold calls emails and social strategies
- Drive growth and pipeline through setting qualified meetings for Account Executives hitting monthly meeting targets.
- Develop and create a series of outbound sales campaigns with supporting content
- Track contacts activities and sales cadences through appropriate tools (i.e.: Hubspot Outreach Salesforce etc).
- Oversee the MQL to SQL to Contact lead management processes and workflows
- Coordinate with marketing partnership channels and account executives to support outreach initiatives.
What We Look For
- Proven work experience as a Business Development Representative or similar role
- Handson experience and solid comfort level with multiple sales prospecting techniques like cold calling cold emailing and social outreach
- Positive attitude
- Ability to multitask prioritie and manage time effectively
- Track record of achieving meeting targets and pipeline generation
- Experience working with a CRM
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated resilience and professionalism in cold calling maintaining motivation and focus even amidst challenging client responses
- A selfstarter who is dedicated hungry and driven to succeed.
Education
Bachelors degree in related discipline or equivalent work experience
