MORTGATE & PROTECTION ADVISOR Residential Estate Agency
Location: Hoddesdon EN11
Salary: OTE 60k
Position: Permanent Full Time
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced CeMAP (or equivalent) qualified Mortgage Adviser to join a busy established Estate Agency Group with offices in Cheshunt & Hoddesdon who specialise in providing excellent mortgage advice on first time purchases onward purchases buy to let and remortgaging.
The role will involve providing mortgage advice to new and existing clients gathering information about a clients financial circumstances in order to deliver appropriate advice and offer other financial services and protection products where appropriate.
The ideal candidate will currently be or recently have been working as a Mortgage Adviser have good all round technical knowledge a proven track record in the mortgage industry and be fully CeMAP (or equivalent) qualified.
Skills: The skills required for this Mortgage & Protection Advisor role will include:
- Thorough knowledge of the mortgage sector
- Currently involved in providing mortgage services and advice
- CeMAP Qualified
- CAS
- Skilled at cross selling opportunities
- Smart & wellpresented
- Excellent telephone manner and superb interpersonal skills
- Ambitious and selfmotivated
- The ability to thrive in a pressurised environment
- Full UK driving license and own car
