About the Role:
The FP&A Analyst supports Arumas financial planning and analysis capabilities with a specific focus on the annual budget. The FP&A Analyst will drive data analysis and driverbased financial modeling to predict future financial performance and assess the impact of various business decisions.
A Day in the Life of a FP&A Analyst
- Aggregate and cleanse financial and operational data from core systems.
- Build update and maintain financial models.
- Prepare and consolidate forecasts and budgets into the overall organisationalbudget.
- Prepare monthly accruals and journals to accurately reflect month result.
- Perform variance analysis to identify deficits and optimise performance.
- Utilise BI tools to deliver meaningful insights into business performance.
What You Need to be Successful in this Role
- Bachelors level business management qualification and degree level accounting qualification are mandatory.
- Outstanding MS Excel skills capable of detailed modelling knowledge of SQL desirable.
- Proficiency with Power BI Dashboards and Power Query.
- Outstanding numeracy and analytical skills.
- Highly organised with attention to detail.
- Strong interpersonal verbal and written communication skills.
