THE TEAM

The mission of the Integration Department is to ensure the seamless running of the daytoday F&B business and initiatives by reducing churn and increasing productivity.

Aritzia is growing and our Food & Beverage team is growing with it. This is a unique opportunity to be part of the team responsible for delivering Everyday Luxury experiences to all guests internal and external. As the Director/Sr. Manager Food & Beverage Integration you will ensure the efficient and effective performance of Food & Beverage functions by defining upholding and improving the standards of operational excellence. You will champion the seamless of all F&B programs by leading departmental priority planning managing F&B lifecycles programs and events representing F&B crossfunctionally and leading communications across the department. THE ROLE

As the Director/Sr. Manager Food & Beverage Integration you will lead the team to:

• Work with the appropriate Business Support partners to seamlessly lead the daytoday function of the department in support of corporate objectives while enabling progressive career development and an incredible employee experience.
• Identify evaluate and plan the resourcing of work in F&B ensuring we are working on the right things at the right time.
• Ensure the most important programs are realized perfectly.
• Project manage select crossfunctional initiatives that impact the F&B department.
• Manage the seamless of F&B events
• Integrate new infrastructure into and out of the department and represent the departments interests crossfunctionally.
• Ensure F&B tools and space are functional organized and clean to support business needs.

THE QUALIFICATIONS

The Director/Sr. Manager Food & Beverage Integration has:

• Proven skills certifications education and/or experience working in or managing Food & Beverage/operational teams.
• A commitment to learn and apply Aritzias Values and Business and People Leadership principles
• The ability to collaborate fluently with crossfunctional partners
• A commitment to quality and investing in results that add value to the business

THE COMPENSATION

The typical hiring range for this position is $125000$175000 CAD per year. The final agreed upon salary may vary based on factors such as jobrelated knowledge skills and experience. Additionally this position may be eligible for bonus.
