About this Position:
TJFACT is seeking a wellversed Task Lead Chat Bot/AI Implementation & Support Services) to support the U.S. Department of State Bureau of Consular Affairs Website Support Services in Washington DC!
The Department of States (DOSs) Bureau of Consular Affairs (CA) is charged with protecting and assisting United States (U.S. citizens abroad issuing passports to U.S. citizens and issuing immigrant and nonimmigrant visas to foreign nationals according to the laws of the U.S. Government.
This role is contingent upon reward.
Major Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide the capability for Chat Bots and AI services to support a simple and single central user interface for external and internal visitors interacting with CA/CST websites.
- Provide natural customer experiences with virtual agents that support multiturn conversations with supplemental questions. Easily deploy across CA / CST customer experience channels including web mobile and messaging services. When needed also Enable GenAI information retrieval and answer generation.
- Provide smarter search to surface relevant areas of the CA/CST websites (with links).
- Provide a fully managed service for building rich intuitive customer conversations for chatbots and voice bots powered by AI.
Required Qualifications:
- Must be a U.S. Citizen
- Active security clearance
- Active Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute (PMI) during the life of this contract.
- 10 plus relevant industry experience.
- 10 years equivalent PTL experience
Preferred Qualifications:
- Minimum of two 2 years of Consular Affairs experience
- Technical writing experience
