What Youll Do:
- ISO Expertise: Stay up to date on ISO 9001 and 27001 requirements perform internal audits and assist with external audits to ensure compliance. (Bonus points if youre a certified Internal Auditor!
- Process Mapping & Documentation: Use Elements (our process mapping tool) to lead and facilitate mapping sessions update existing maps and ensure all process documentation is accurate and uptodate.
- Quality Management System (QMS): Apply ISO standards to our internal processes supporting continuous improvement and helping track lessons learned.
- Internal Audits: Schedule perform and document internal and surveillance audits ensuring were always auditready.
- Document & Access Management: Manage document sharing user access and version updates across SharePoint OneDrive and MS Teams ensuring a seamless user experience.
- Team Support & Onboarding: Help new team members hit the ground running with introductions to our tools and processes. Act as a goto resource for O365 tools and troubleshooting support.
- Power BI Collaboration: Work with our BI Specialist to keep dashboards fresh and datadriven decisions flowing.
About You:
- Youre a selfstarter who can work independently and as part of a team.
- You love digging into processes solving problems and keeping things organized.
- You have a knack for translating technical details into clear actionable steps.
- Experience with ISO standards (especially 9001 and 27001 is a huge plus!
- Bonus: Familiarity with Elements Power BI and SharePoint.
