We seek innovative and passionate serverside developers with a keen interest and practical experience in designing and implementing lowlatency highperformance usercentric SaaS applications.
Experience in building & scaling low latency highly concurrent highly scalable transactional web apps & SaaS Java Cloud (AWS preferred) in Depth experience in at least one RDBMS & one NoSQL DB.
Responsibilities:
1. Own product solutions through their end to end development lifecycle ensuring high quality.
2. Engage with customers and product management teams (colocated in Bangalore) to understand the need and design an innovative solution.
3. Elaborating the feature scope through competition analysis research on recent technologies and trends to deliver the bestinclass and often nextinclass solutions and iteratively work with customers to finesse the solution.
4. Craft detailed use cases design code test and deploy stable scalable costeffective and simple solutions.
5. Handle nonfunctional requirements like performance memory leaks security at the solution level.
6. Keep abreast of industry trends and promote best practices evolution. Mentor junior developers to maximize team potential.
7. Demonstrate thought leadership through domain and technology presentations while integrating the latest tech trends into the product.
Requirements:
1. Bachelors degree in computer science/software engineering.
2. 48 years experience in developing & scaling customerfocused highly scalable high performance highly available high concurrency SaaS services.
3. In depth expertise in java web app frameworks (Spring Tomcat) AWS cloud any RDBMS & NoSQL DB.
4. Excellent problem solving verbal and written communication skills.
5. Passionate about solving interesting problems for customers ready to explore new grounds in technology and user experience.
6. Comfort with ambiguity adaptability to evolving priorities and the ability to lead a team while working autonomously. Demonstrated ability to influence technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
Good to have skills:
1. Knowledge on AWS
2. Knowledge of Big Data technologies (e.g. Hadoop Spark Flink)
