About the Role
We are looking for a solution driven candidate who would describe themselves as being analytical collaborative and highly organized. The Sales Planning team is comfortable working in a deadline driven environment and being communicative about their deliverables. The most successful individuals understand how to prioritize their workload and can be agile and adapt quickly if an urgent matter arises. The team is focused on pricing integrity media plan strategy and campaign delivery but also on continued upskilling and leadership training and opportunities. By joining our global Sales Planning organization you will be a part of a diverse and growing team where you will continue to learn be challenged and work across the bestinclass advertising campaigns.
You Will:
Solid understanding of Dow Jones Media product offering and operational capabilities
Support the sales team with the sale of digital & print campaigns securing space availabilities and reservations; entering IO to reserve inventory for all incoming accounts
Be involved in client communication and able to speak to media strategy product recommendations and the Dow Jones value proposition
Client Support & Translation Services: Assist Client Partners with client communication including followingup on RFP submissions and IOs. If applicable translate proposal materials and communication inlanguage.
Produce media plans in the order management system leveraging yield tools (does not include creation of client presentations)
Work with both sales team and campaign management to launch campaigns in a timely manner
Work with Media Planners on client optimizations so that revenue is maintained and balanced with client goals including assisting with digital reporting
Digital billing and be the main point of contact for digital billing issues/requests
Perform print booking duties including processing insertions order dealing with paperwork and pricing adjustments
Act as a liaison with the agency/client to verify insertion date(s) and secure ad materials to be in house
Prepare and send etears sheets / print copies

You Have:
Experience working with an online advertising operations or media planning team preferred
Strong computer applications skills (Excel Word Google Suite)
Ideally educated to degree level
