Its an exciting time for us as we experience organic growth. As a result our Brisbane office is currently seeking a highly experienced and committed FullTime Principal Network Engineer with significant experience in the data networking arena.
The Principal Consultant role is a vital role within Titan ICT typically engaging with our most strategic customers as project leaders subject matter experts and trusted advisors.
In this role you Accountabilities & Activities will include but not be limited to:
- Leadership within the overall direction defined by the Company.
- Mentoring of Project Delivery team members.
- Resource planning of the projects to meet client current and future demands.
- Quality Assurance of Project Delivery
- Administration of appropriate Risk Management processes related to Project Delivery
- Oversee Business Development activities of the Division to ensure pipeline exists to support agreed business growth objectives
- Management of overall client satisfaction
- Management of costs within agreed budgets
- Reporting to State Operations Manager on performance of the teams.
- Stakeholder management including clients management and contractors
- Provide leadership as a subject matter expert
To be considered for this opportunity you must be able to demonstrate the following skills and experience:
- A minimum of 10 years experience in ICT consultancy environment.
- Experience working alongside service providers / integrators
- Excellent understanding of Cisco LAN/WAN
- Strong understanding of the following Routing Technologies: MPLS DMVPN BGP4 OSPF and IPv6
- Demonstrable knowledge configuration and support of network security products to include:
- Cisco ASA Firewalls IPS/IDS Nexus F5 load balancers Cisco ACS Cyberoam and PCIDSS
- Implementation and support knowledge of network management systems including support of SNMP Netflow and Syslog protocols
- Ability to create professional documentation illustrating network design concepts & solutions
- Highly developed written skills with demonstrated experience in report writing
Mandatory Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree in Engineering or university degree equivalent
- RPEQ
