Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Network Engineer to support a complex divestiture program involving the separation and migration of core technology infrastructure. This individual will work as part of a cross-regional team to design implement and troubleshoot network connectivity for a transitioning business unit ensuring continuity compliance and alignment to transitional services agreements (TSAs)..
Key Responsibilities:
Design and implement secure scalable network solutions to support infrastructure carve-out and migration activities
Analyze existing LAN/WAN configurations and implement segmentation strategies for separating divested business units
Collaborate with cybersecurity cloud and infrastructure teams to ensure integrated architecture
Monitor and troubleshoot network performance issues and optimize routing firewall and VPN settings
Develop network documentation topology diagrams and post-migration support playbooks
Desired Skills & Experience:
7 years of experience in enterprise network engineering roles
Strong experience with VPN SD-WAN BGP MPLS VLANs and firewalls
Familiarity with cloud networking (Azure or AWS) including hybrid connectivity models
Experience working on carve-outs migrations or complex enterprise IT transformations is highly desirable
Excellent communication skills and ability to work with geographically dispersed teams
