This combined with our professional property management services makes PMA one of the largest property management companies in Southern California.
Property Management Associates is seeking an experienced fulltime Maintenance Technician to support multiple properties in Long Beach.
Compensation: $24 per hour40 hours a week
Responsibilities:
- Minimum 3 years experience in plumbing electrical drywall appliance repair and rentready apartment preparation required including comprehensive maintenance tasks.
- Manage inventory order parts and ensure timely maintenance completion.
- Promptly handle resident repair inquiries and work orders covering various maintenance tasks.
- Possess extensive knowledge of maintenance and repair methods tools and materials.
- Oncall and weekend work may be required.
- Ideal candidate: Fluent English speaker energetic resultsoriented intelligent organized and a team player.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of a High school graduate or GED required.
- Ability to handle objects weighing 2550 pounds stand or walk for up to 8 hours a day involving moderate physical activity.
- Strong organizational and communication skills with the capacity to comprehend and adhere to safety procedures.
- A valid drivers license and proof of auto insurance will be needed.
