Responsibilities
- Supervise team members as needed on daily work time off and issues as needed
- Oversee daily operations and general work to keep process flowing smoothly for dispatch
- Maintain IFTA on monthly basis and submit quarterly as needed
- Oversee and manage parts inventory by working with mechanics and AP specialist
- Organize job duties per team members to create an even workload
- Work along Regional Manager for reports and information as needed
- Maintain daily shop work orders per each mechanic and file in Docuware system
- Maintain weekly and monthly scheduling calendars for team
- Complete fleet additions and amends in State of Kansas site and work along with County as needed to update two fleets
- Meter reading for fuel tanks and create fuel inventory and submit on monthly basis
- Maintain weekly out of pocket expenses for drivers team office staff and mechanics and submit weekly
- Create and submit monthly reports to Regional Manager Head Gaugers and Management at the end of each month
- Update month end information for Regional Manger as needed
- Daily update fleet inspections and record and send past due inspections monthly to mechanics and head gaugers
Minimum Qualifications (required)
- High School diploma or GED
- 2 years of experience in Administrative Assistance and Support
- Proficient in Excel and computer programs
- Detail Oriented
- Good Communication Skills
- Willing to be a Team Player
- Ability to work with Customers and assist Pumpers and solve issues as needed
- Excellent Phone Skills
- Strong Verbal Communication
- Motivate and Lead Team Members
- Previous Leadership preferred
- Ability to work Hybrid Schedule
Additional Qualifications
- Bachelors degree preferred in Business Business Administration Communications or related field
