68 years working in an agile environment as a development team member Scrum Master or Product Owner67 years working as a Scrum MasterManage JIRA Epics User Story Conduct daily sync up calls Conduct PI Planning sessions Backlog refinement sessions (incl approvals from PDT Mngr & Prog Mangr) Ensure Capacity planning & utilization metrics are in line Raise & Coordinate Change requests Backup for Project Manager for PTS updates Conduct Retrospective post releaseDemonstrated understanding of lean agile values and principles Expert in facilitation problem solving and influencing outcomesExpert knowledge of best practices in value driven development (requirements management prototyping hypothesis driven development usability testing.Expert knowledge of technical engineering best practices including test driven development continuous integration DevOps.Demonstrated experience with largescale enterprise agile transformation with experience as a Scrum Master in a scaled environmentScrum Master and Agile Certifications
