Compensation and Benefits:
- Salary: Starting at $140000 commensurate with experience
- Commission Earned on cases
- Bonus Program: Generous case referral bonuses

Work Expectations and Schedule:
- No billable hour requirements
- Preference for inoffice work but open to a hybrid schedule 3 days in office 2 days remote)
- Manage a caseload of 2530 cases serving as the lead attorney from filing through trial
- Develop case strategies and theories
- Draft and prepare pleadings motions and other legal documents
- Take and defend depositions including those of plaintiffs defendants experts and more
- Engage in settlement negotiations
- Act as second chair in trials
- Maintain regular client communication to provide updates on case progress
- Oversee and direct paralegals and other support staff
Ideal Candidate Qualifications:
- A few years of experience in plaintiff personal injury litigation
- Juris Doctor (J.D. degree from an accredited law school
- Active membership with the California Bar in good standing
- Proven track record of successfully managing a caseload and resolving cases for high value
- Strong legal research and analytical skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Clientfocused approach with strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- High ethical standards and commitment to professional integrity
- Trial experience is a plus but not required
