Job Description

Duties And Responsibilities
The Director and Assistant Director collaboratively oversee and supervise all human and physical resources of the operation while actively working to maintain a financially healthy organization. Coordinate and liaison with TicketsWest Bobcat Athletics Bobcat Sports Properties and outside clients to provide ticketing and other associate services. (sample of events Bobcat football including playoffs the Broadway in Bozeman series and all major events in the Brick Breeden Fieldhouse. Ensure the health of BTOs financials by properly reconciling cash bags producing financial reports correctly depositing monies across numerous accounts and responsibly managing all department assets. Manage and train student and temporary staff of estimated 40 ticket sellers. Actively sell tickets and promptly manage customer issues in order to provide the best possible customer service. Act as the IT functional lead for the computerized ticketing system. Maintain and grow BTOs social media presence. Perform as the marketing manager and work with promoters and artists to publicize events. Maintain and ensure compliance with all Department of Intercollegiate Athletics Montana State University Big Sky Conference and NCAA rules and regulations. Keep abreast on all ADA laws that impact ticketing. Actively participates as a member of the team while performing other duties in support of the departments mission.

Physical Demands
To perform this job successfully an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily with or without reasonable accommodations. The requirements listed above are representative of the knowledge skill and/or ability required. Move about or be stationary for long periods of time and traverse all work areas. Work on the phone and at a computer for long periods of time. Occasionally move items up to 30 lbs. Occasionally push pull lift and maneuver in tight spaces to access ticketing equipment. Occasionally move items such as stacking chairs folding tables setting up portable stages etc. Occasionally work outside and in inclement weather.
