Compensation: $20$30/ hour

Mission of the Position
The Office Manager/Receptionist will be responsible for ensuring the smooth daytoday operations of the NYC office providing administrative support and creating a welcoming environment for employees and visitors. This role is critical in maintaining office efficiency and a professional atmosphere.

Top Accountabilities
  • Office Administration Maintain an organized and efficient office space including ordering supplies coordinating with vendors and ensuring all office equipment functions properly.
  • Reception Duties Greet guests answer and direct phone calls and assist with scheduling as needed.
  • Facilities Management Oversee office maintenance and cleanliness liaising with building management as necessary.
  • Administrative Support Provide support to team members including data entry mail distribution and document organization.
  • Event Coordination Assist with inoffice events meetings and client visits ensuring a seamless experience.

Other Duties & Responsibilities
  • Assist in onboarding new employees by setting up workspaces and ordering necessary materials.
  • Maintain conference rooms and common areas to ensure a professional appearance.
  • Coordinate deliveries and manage incoming/outgoing mail.
  • Support HR and other departments with adhoc administrative tasks as needed.
Key Criteria/Requirements
  • Prior experience in office administration reception or a related role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook Word Excel PowerPoint).
  • Professional and friendly demeanor.

Physical Requirements
  • Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50 of the time.
  • Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery such as a calculator copy machine and computer printer.
  • The ability to communicate information and ideas so others will understand. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations.
