Job Description
We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to care for our longterm care residents at Fairview Senior Living. The hours of this parttime position are Mondays Tuesdays and Wednesdays from 3:00pm11:00pm. You will work under the supervision of the Director of Nursing (DON). There are also fulltime positions available.
Position Requirements
- Successful completion of RN or LPN license program
- Proven experience as an RN or LPN (or a similar role)
- Excellent knowledge of nursing care methods and procedures
- Excellent knowledge of emergency care
- Indepth knowledge of health and safety guidelines and procedures and willingness to follow them at all times
- Understanding of confidentiality obligations and nursing best practices
- Good knowledge of Point Click Care office and data entry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Responsible compassionate and able to handle stress
