Job Description

Are you passionate about navigating the dynamic world of finance while fostering meaningful connections with investors Were searching for a Financial Analyst and Investor Relations Specialist to join our team. In this pivotal role youll blend the art of financial analysis with the science of building and maintaining investor relationships.
Financial Analysis:
Conduct comprehensive financial analysis including evaluation of financial statements cash flow analysis and profitability ratios to assess the companys financial health.
Prepare and present detailed monthly quarterly and annual financial reports highlighting key financial results trends and variances to senior management.
Perform industry research and competitive analysis to benchmark the companys performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
Monitor critical financial indicators and metrics providing actionable insights and recommendations to optimize financial performance and achieve strategic goals.
Financial Modeling:
Develop detailed financial forecasts and projections to guide strategic planning and decisionmaking.
Construct and maintain sophisticated financial models to evaluate investment opportunities forecasting investment returns and aiding in decisionmaking processes.
Collaborate with department heads for budget planning and financial forecasting aligning departmental needs with corporate financial goals.
Contribute to the creation of longterm financial strategies aiming to secure sustainable growth and profitability.
Investor Relations & Stakeholder Management
Investor Communications:
Establish and nurture relationships with current and prospective investors financial institutions and investment analysts to promote the companys investment value proposition.
Prepare and distribute periodic updates to investors ensuring transparency and ongoing engagement with the companys financial health and strategic direction.
Develop compelling pitch decks financial models and presentations tailored for investor meetings conferences and other stakeholder engagements.
Maintain and update the company data room ensuring that all investorrelated documents and financial information are accurate current and accessible.
Strategic Advisory:
Offer strategic financial insights to support decisionmaking at the executive level integrating financial analysis with broader business strategies.
Provide financial expertise in the planning and of strategic initiatives mergers acquisitions or capital market activities.
Communicate complex financial information and investment opportunities to nonfinancial stakeholders facilitating informed decisionmaking across the organization.
Requirements
Bachelors degree in Finance Economics or a related field; Masters degree or CFA designation preferred.
24 years of experience in financial analysis investment analysis or related roles preferably in the SaaS business
Experience preparing investment proposals and presentations to attract investors.
Deep understanding of financial markets investment principles and valuation techniques.
Proficiency in financial modeling data analysis and investment research tools (e.g. Bloomberg FactSet Excel).
Excellent analytical skills attention to detail and problemsolving abilities.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex financial concepts effectively and recommendations to investors.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced dynamic environment.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships with investors and internal stakeholders.
