Responsibilities:
- Lead architectural projects from conception to completion.
- Develop design proposals and presentations.
- Coordinate with clients consultants contractors and other stakeholders.
- Manage project timelines and budgets.
- Conduct site visits and inspections.
- Mentor junior staff and oversee their work.
- Ensure compliance with building codes regulations and standards.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices.
Requirements:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Architecture.
- years of experience in architectural design.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD Revit SketchUp and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong design and visualization skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Experience in project management and coordination.
- Knowledge of building codes and regulations.
Qualifications:
Bachelors or Masters degree in Architecture
13 years of experience in architectural design
Proficiency in AutoCAD Revit and other design software
Strong design and technical skills
Knowledge of building codes and regulations
Excellent communication and presentation skills Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
