Senior Associate Agriculture(Real Estate) Cambridge or London with hybrid working
Client
A highly regarded and forward thinking national law firm with an excellent client base and a Sunday Times 100 Best Company to work for.
Role
Dealing with a varied range of matters including many of the highest value and most complex deals nationally.
The caseload will be varied and challenging offering a diverse mixture of work with direct contact with clients and agents from the start
The nature of the work and the clients concerned encourages the development of longlasting and fulfilling relationships with both clients and their agents
The role will require you to be able to manage and run complex hybrid promotion schemes acquisitions and disposals of estates and strategic land whilst having a working knowledge of the relevant tax issues involved.
You
5 years PQE and above with real estate experience gained in a large regional or City law firm.
Experience of agricultural property work.
Have an interest in issues such as food security energy and natural resources.
An enthusiasm to market and develop the practice.
