Job Description
Rutgers New Brunswick Office of Summer and Winter Sessions seeks to hire Program Moderators for their 2023 PreCollege Summer Academy Programs. Potential candidates will moderate online noncredit courses that provide learning opportunities for high school students through the PreCollege Summer Programs. This position will be responsible for supporting facilitators as they present course topics via remote instruction. Among the key duties of this position are the following: Ensure instructor/presenter has all tools required to conduct their course online Troubleshoot and respond to any issues that arise for students or presenting faculty Guide online discussion ensuring that participants are focused on the topic Provide participants with the necessary information or background on topics covered Oversee participant conduct
