The Role
We are looking for a Quantity Surveyor to work within our ISG Retail division who is driven motivated and committed and wants to develop in the field of commercial management and surveying. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain close relationships with customers consultants and subcontractors to continuously improve the customer experience and support future repeat and negotiated business.
- To take active responsibility for all financial procedures in conjunction with the Senior Surveyor.
- To suggest trade contractors systems and manufacturers for team appraisal.
- To take a lead role in the valuation process.
Skills and Experience
- Degree qualified or substantial experience within the construction industry in the field of commercial management and surveying
- Good understanding of JCT/NEC forms of contract & contract law
