Purpose of the role: You will be part of a team responsible for developing cuttingedge electronics platforms for new pump and related products. As an Electronics Engineer youll also play a vital role in maintaining and enhancing existing designs.
Main Duties as a Senior Electronics Engineer:
- Stay uptodate with product roadmaps and research developments.
- Provide insightful recommendations for new areas of relevant research within the team.
- Collaborate with your team to introduce novel techniques and product designs achieving topnotch performance and efficiency to meet the demands of an evercompetitive technology field.
- Ensure an allencompassing approach to product design considering not only optimal performance but also reliable and highquality manufacturing.
- Tackle technical challenges headon by applying established problemsolving techniques and structured processes including writing comprehensive 8D reports.
- Collaborate closely with Product Management to push the boundaries of new product offerings while maintaining feasibility and testability at both component and system levels.
- Foster strong relationships within the team and other disciplines ensuring products meet safety quality and reliability expectations.

Skills Experience and Qualifications needed for the Senior Electronics Engineer role in Hastings:
- Bachelors or Masters degree (or equivalent) in Electrical and/or Electronics Engineering or a related discipline.
- Good knowledge of mixed signal design analogue and digital with handson experience applying these principles to electronics products.
- Exceptional communication skills in spoken and written English enabling effective decisionmaking and business impact understanding.
