Reports to: General Manager Dry Side Assistant General Manager
- Lead and inspire our front desk and sales teams to achieve excellence in customer service and sales.
- Manage daily operations to ensure smooth and efficient school activities in line with our standard procedures.
- Provide training and mentorship to front desk staff ensuring high performance and job satisfaction.
- Drive sales through effective marketing strategies promotions and lead management.
- Conduct regular audits and provide insightful reports to the General Manager and Assistant General Manager.
- Oversee the retail and vending areas ensuring they are wellstocked organized and profitable.
- Foster a positive and engaging environment for both employees and customers enhancing the overall Goldfish Swim School experience.
- A passion for sales and service with excellent interpersonal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fastpaced environment.
- Previous experience in customer service sales or administrative roles.
- Leadership qualities and the ability to motivate a team towards achieving goals.
- A proactive problemsolver with a positive attitude and a commitment to excellence.
