IT - HCM System Analyst

• System Configuration:Configure and maintain Workday HCM modules including Core HCM Recruiting Talent Management Compensation and Benefits to align with business requirements.
• Data Management:Manage data integrity and accuracy within the Workday system including data imports exports and reporting. Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with data standards.
• Integration Support:Collaborate with IT and thirdparty vendors to design implement and maintain integrations between Workday and other systems (e.g. payroll time tracking and benefits administration).
• User Support:Provide technical support and training to HR staff and endusers addressing systemrelated inquiries and troubleshooting issues as they arise.
• Reporting and Analytics:Develop and maintain custom reports and dashboards in Workday to provide insights into HR metrics and support datadriven decisionmaking.
• Project Participation:Participate in Workday upgrade projects enhancements and new module implementations ensuring timely delivery and adherence to best practices.
• Documentation:Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for system configurations processes and user guides to facilitate knowledge sharing and training.
• Compliance and Security:Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and internal security policies monitoring access and permissions within the Workday system.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Human Resources Information Technology Business Administration or a related field.
• 5 years of experience as a Workday HCM Technical Analyst or in a similar role with a strong understanding of Workday HCM modules and functionalities.
• Proficiency in Workday reporting tools including calculated fields custom reports and dashboards.
• Proficiency with Workday Integrations using XML XSLT SOAP REST API and also Configurable Security/experience securing web services.
• Experience with Workday integrations (e.g. EIB Core Connectors Workday Studio) is highly desirable.
• Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with crossfunctional teams.
• Detailoriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fastpaced environment.
• Workday HCM certification is a plus.
