- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues across desktops laptops printers and network devices
- Install configure and maintain operating systems applications and IT equipment
- Monitor system performance and ensure the reliability and security of IT services
- Provide technical support to staff and respond to IT-related inquiries in a timely manner.
- Maintain inventory of IT assets and ensure proper documentation.
- Assist in setting up user accounts email configurations and access permissions.
Requirements
- Bachelor s degree in Information Technology Computer Science or a related field (flexible based on experience)
- 2 5 years of hands-on experience in IT support or a similar role
- Strong knowledge of Windows OS Microsoft Office Suite and basic networking concepts
- Familiarity with troubleshooting tools and remote support platforms
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
