• Lead train mentor and develop a dynamic team of swim instructors.
• Oversee daytoday aquatics operations ensuring adherence to British Swim Schools curriculum safety protocols and brand standards.
• Create and manage instructor schedules ensuring class coverage.
• Actively engage in water instruction to take classes.
• Must be available for weekends evenings and flexible scheduling.
• Conduct regular class observations to maintain a highquality learning environment.
• Enforce safety protocols and emergency response.
• Address and document employee or customer concerns and maintain clear communication with leadership.

• Support in addressing inquiries concerns and feedback.
• Engage with students and families to ensure a fun and positive experience.
• Conduct regular progress evaluations and facilitate student moveups.
• Oversee customer retention efforts ensuring students progress effectively through the program.
• Work closely with the Franchise Owner to analyze performance optimize scheduling and enhance revenue.
• Participate in corporate training and franchisewide initiatives.

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Complete corporate training and certification and be able to train instructors
• Strong leadership and coaching skills.

While we teach swimming to people of all ages and abilities most of our students are preschool and elementaryaged kids. Our instructors should like working with this age group and be good at making parents feel comfortable. Its helpful if you have experience with children or in a childfocused job but its not required if you can show the right attitude. The job comes with specialized training in our advanced and unique British Swim School approach.

In these roles you might talk to parents on the phone or by the pool.
