Compensation &Benefits
- Position Type: Hourly
- Pay ratebased on transcriber clearance level classified work status experience and speed:
- Classified work: $4555/hour
- Unclassified work: $3035/hour
Location: in Washington DC; and/or Falls ChurchVA. All work will be completed from our FallsChurch VA office.

Role Overview
As a Fully ClearedTranscriptionist you will create accurate errorfree transcripts of Englishaudio recordings adhering to strict client guidelines. Youll workcollaboratively with government stakeholders and our project management teamensuring timely and precise deliverables.
Responsibilities:
- Transcribe English audio recordings with speed and accuracy.
- Follow clientprovided style guides glossaries and templates.
- Collaborate with team members and provide regular progress updates.
- Maintain meticulous records of production metrics and timekeeping in compliance with federal requirements.

What Youll Need toSucceed
Qualifications:
- Active Security Clearance: Top Secret or TS/SCI (required).
- Experience: Minimum 2 years in transcription using tools like Start/Stop or GearPlayer 4 and foot pedals.
- Typing Proficiency: 5565 WPM with high accuracy.
- Language Skills: Native or nearnative English proficiency with advanced grammar spelling and vocabulary skills.
- Attention to Detail: Impeccable accuracy and adherence to deadlines.
- Teamwork and Independence: Ability to collaborate effectively and work autonomously.
- Professionalism: Excellent communication skills and a polished clientready demeanor.
- Location: Must work onsite in Washington DC and/or Falls Church VA
