Responsibilities
- This position is responsible for hiring training inservicing and supervising HHAs and CNAs in our memory care assisted living.
- The Assistant Resident Care Director (Assistant Wellness Director) performs medication administration assessment administrative/clinical duties quality assurance performance improvement and provides a high level of customer service.
Qualifications
- We require a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the state of MA.
- Some experience working in Assisted Living preferred and some experience with inservicing and supervising staff is required.
- Must have good computer skills.
- Must be able to communicate effectively and some experience with dementia care in an Assisted Living Community a plus.
