Job Description

Job Summary:
A key member of the J.P. Morgan Private Bank team of specialists the Associate Lending Advisor will help to grow the Eastern Europe & Israel lending businesses. You will be delivering lending solutions for our private bank clients covered by both markets; working with the lending team to facilitate business across multiple booking platforms. You will partner with the senior Advisors and support functions to lead on the of various processes including deal origination deal structuring credit analysis deal and ongoing portfolio risk management.
Job Responsibilities
- Attending client meetings and assisting on the structure and negotiation of transactions
- Partner with team members to understand the needs and deliver sophisticated lending solutions to our clients
- Supporting senior Lending Advisors to work on credit leads from prospects and existing clients and assist on credit marketing initiatives across our markets and platforms
- Work alongside underwriters and Risk teams to manage the credit approval process through to loan drawdown and postclosing checks
- Conduct loan pricing and return on equity analysis for Advisors
- Preparing presentations and management information on the loan portfolio of the team
- Able to work in a team environment and assist in the development of team members
About You
Candidates must have excellent academic credentials together with an interest and knowledge in financial markets. Beyond that were interested in the personal qualities outside interests and achievements beyond academia that demonstrate the impact you could bring to the team.
Required Qualifications Capabilities Skills
- Excellent academic credentials together with a degree or experience in finance
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills
- A teamplayer with excellent communication skills
- Comfortable working under pressure and meeting a range of competing deadlines
- Strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
- Russian language proficiency would be helpful
