Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage tender pricing oversee contracts plan projects and operations and control material handling.
- Lead and motivate teams across multiple branches identify training needs and address industrial relations issues.
- Utilize technical expertise to solve problems and apply strong organizational skills.
- Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations safety standards and quality controls.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering.
- Proven experience in managing tender pricing overseeing contracts (such as JBCC NEC) and applying strong business acumen to enhance policies and procedures.
- At least 10 years of experience in the electrical construction or engineering sectors particularly in tender and project environments.
- Familiarity with SANS 10142 standards.
- Proficiency in MS Projects and Candy CCS is essential.
- Valid drivers license personal vehicle and a clean criminal and credit record required.
