What Youll Do
Technical Leadership & System Design
- Lead engineering analysis design review and supervision of installation and commissioning activities for complex E&I projects
- Support design troubleshooting and performance assurance of critical systems including DCS SIS analyzers and electrical power distribution
- Assess and interpret technical drawings including P&IDs C&E matrices PFS FLD and ILD for fault resolution and system optimization
Operations & Maintenance Excellence
- Conduct technical studies of existing E&I systems and provide expert guidance for technical inquiries
- Manage project interfaces material take-offs cost estimates and commissioning processes
- Develop and maintain electrical standards while ensuring compliance with technical specifications and contractual requirements
- Implement planned maintenance programs to meet statutory and vendor requirements
Strategic Partnership & Field Support
- Partner with FPSO site teams on operational procedures maintenance programs and equipment operation guides
- Conduct periodic offshore site visits and participate in major shutdowns and operational works
- Manage vendor activities materials spares performance and asset planning processes
- Provide remote support for instrumentation and electrical repairs in collaboration with Operations and Maintenance teams

Requirements
Who You Are
- 7-10 years of oil and gas industry experience as a project management team member
- Strong background in instrumentation and electrical engineering with proven offshore experience
- Expert knowledge of electrical safety codes hazardous area classification and international electrical standards for offshore facilities
What You Bring
- Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering Electrical & Electronics Engineering or relevant engineering discipline from a reputable institution
- Minimum Second-Class Upper grade (Second-Class Lower considered with advanced degrees)
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification advantageous
- Comprehensive knowledge of instruments controls technologies and F&G systems in oil & gas installations
Technical Expertise Youll Apply
- Proficiency in DCS SIS PLC control systems HART instruments and field measurement technologies
- Experience with HIPPS metering systems and Fire & Gas detection systems
- Strong analytical and reporting capabilities with excellent troubleshooting skills
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools
