RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Work directly with our employees and customers to develop relationships and help to enhance the sales process
- Maintain positive relationships with our clients factory representatives and vendors
- Build rapport with customers to establish customer network
- Work with our marketing team to develop advertising campaigns
- Achieve manufacturer performance objectives
- Manage the new vehicle inventory including ordering and dealer trades
- Provide training and support to the sales staff and assist in closing deals
- Manage all other aspects of the sales department
- Desk Deals Track Gross Logs and RDR cars
REQUIREMENTS:
- Prior luxury automotive sales managerial experience required.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Understanding of inventory control
- Strong computer & phone skills (Internet ADP/CDK CRM)
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Strong work ethic
- Current valid drivers license and satisfactory Motor Vehicle Report
Job Type: Fulltime
Pay: $150000.00 $220000.00 per year
