Job Description
Exciting Opportunity: Director of Operations (Conventional Multifamily)
CORY is hiring a Director of Operations for our client who is focused in the multifamily housing sector. The Director of Operations will ensure that all locations meet or exceed annual financial goals and provide the highest quality housing to all residents.
About Our Client:
Our client is a thirdparty property management firm specializing in multifamily housing. Their culture fosters entrepreneurial thinking and promotes continuous innovation to enhance community living.
Your Responsibilities as a Leader:
Oversee a total of 5k conventional multifamily units across 20 assets
Develop and implement asset management strategies and assess the portfolio for growth opportunities.
Guide property managers to effectively communicate key monthly activities and insights to property owners ensuring clarity and relevance.
Manage and negotiate property management and related contracts ensuring they align with company standards and protect its interests.
Provide performance updates and maintain relationships with stakeholders and organizational leadership.
Oversee relationships with thirdparty vendors to ensure quality and costeffective services.
The Skills & Experience You Possess:
5 years experience demonstrating expertise in overseeing operations driving team performance and managing complex projects.
Ability to think quickly analytically strategically and accurately
Proficient in the use of Microsoft Suite Word Excel Yardi and Entrata software

Base salary commensurate with experience $150K annual bonus
