Job Description
The position must be located near a major airport and will report to the Medical Sales Manager. 3050 travel in the United States and Mexico.
Minimum Qualifications & Requirements:
Bachelors degree in business or a related field of study
Minimum of five years of businesstobusiness sales or customer facing experience
Must be willing to travel 3050 of the time in the United States and Mexico
This position requires strong skills in the following areas:
Previous work experience in the Flexible Packaging Industry is preferred
Prospecting/New Business Generation
Large Account Management
Multilevel Relationship Management
Strategic and Tactical Planning
Implementing/Decision Making

Financial Acumen understand the financial impact of decisions
Key Responsibilities:
Build strong personal relationships with customers and prospects at all levels of the organization.
Responsible for the maintenance sales growth and profitability of current & future accounts.
Develop and maintain account plans on how the accounts will achieve targets and identify specific actions to improve profits.
Effectively manage all internal and external communication related to existing business and new business onboarding.
Identify understand and communicate customer industry and enduser needs to the organization.
Successfully manage complex selling situations using Strategic and Conceptual Selling principles to drive profitable growth.
Develop new profitable business. Build and maintain an active opportunity pipeline.
Participate in pricing and contract analysis evaluations and negotiations.
Provide accurate sales forecasts and project timing.
Complete administrative functions in a thorough accurate and timely manner.
