You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailAs a Clerical Supervisor in Social Work you will play a key role in ensuring that all Child Welfare and Adult and Aging services are completed in a timely and efficient manner. You will be overseeing a dedicated team of six individuals working collaboratively to meet service goals.
In your role as an Administrative Coordinator II you will also supervise accounts payable for all social work contracts reporting directly to the Social Services Program Coordinator. Your responsibilities will include managing schedules overseeing task flow and providing coverage for two front desks. Additionally you will monitor the progress of required background checks and research for Social Work cases handling both regular and urgent requests as they arise.
The typical work schedule is Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (on occasion 6:00PM if covering the visitation center) with occasional opportunities to work from home once the probationary period is complete.
The expected hiring timeline for this position is by May 5th.
Purpose of the position:
The primary purpose of this position is to provide general administrative support in a variety of areas such as but not limited to financial management budget preparation purchasing contract administration and monitoring personnel general administration and special projects.
Minimum Education Training and/or Experience (required at time of hire): Associate degree from an accredited college or university with major coursework in related field and three 3 years of administrative support management or closely related experience; or equivalent combination of education or experience which provides the required knowledge skills and abilities will be considered in meeting the minimum qualifications.
