This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Client Service Executive looking to grow their career or for an Executive Assistant looking for an opportunity to transfer their skills and start their career in the Financial Planning industry.

You will be part of a closeknit team of Client Service professionals providing a high level of administrative support to financial planners with duties including (but not limited to):
providing a broad range of administrative and clerical support to a team of financial advisers
ensuring the effective flow of communication between clients and the business
striving for high levels of client service and satisfaction
handling all the administrative aspects associated with the implementation of advice. This includes the paperwork associated with a variety of platforms the administration for selfmanaged superannuation funds and share trading
preparation of client reports
responding to client queries and liaising with third parties in respect of clients accounts; and
handling miscellaneous requests from advisers and requests for assistance from other staff with good grace and humour!
The applicant we are seeking would possess the following:
have an interest in Financial Planning
strong administrative skills: calendar and inbox management a must!
resilience and strong organisational skills to balance a highvolume workload and competing priorities;
effective time management
high level numeracy
high attention to detail
Microsoft Office Applications knowledge
motivation and ambition and committed to achieve team goals;
excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills;
a high level of professionalism face to face over the phone and through correspondence.
