BECOME A QUALITY CONTROL TECH 2 AT PRIMEFLIGHT!
The Quality Control Tech 2 is responsible for providing timely inspections and documentation on inprocess truck production as well as completed truck assembly. Responsible for the evaluation of all finished products to ensure that it is technically sound. Provides training to other employees in the analysis troubleshooting and resolution of all programs modules and components.
This role involves conducting routine inspections utilizing specialized equipment for testing documenting findings and collaborating with teams to resolve any qualityrelated issues. The Quality Control Tech 2 plays a critical role in maintaining service excellence and compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
WHAT ITS LIKE TO WORK AS A QUALITY CONTROL TECH 2
Utilize specialized equipment for quality testing: Operate tools and devices specific to measuring and assessing service quality
Document findings and observations in detailed reports: Accurately record inspection results for analysis and review
Identify and report any deviations from quality standards: Flag discrepancies and potential issues to supervisors for immediate attention
Collaborate with the quality control team for audits: Participate in teambased audits to collectively assess and improve service quality
Provide feedback and suggestions for quality improvement: Offer practical insights based on field observations to enhance service standards
Assist in the implementation of quality control procedures: Support the of new and existing quality protocols across various departments
Analyze data from quality checks to identify trends: Use collected data to pinpoint patterns and areas requiring attention
Maintain and calibrate quality control equipment: Ensure all testing devices are functioning accurately and efficiently
Participate in training and development programs: Engage in ongoing learning to stay current with quality control methodologies
Collaborate with other departments to resolve quality issues: Work with operational teams to address and rectify qualityrelated problems
Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards: Uphold all safety protocols during quality inspections and audits
Provide technical support to the quality control team: Offer expertise and assistance in technical aspects of quality assessment
Keep uptodate with industry quality standards and changes: Stay informed about evolving practices and regulations in airport services
Assist in managing quality control documentation: Help in organizing and updating records related to quality inspections and audits
Support the quality control manager in various projects: Aid in executing special quality control initiatives and projects as directed
Conduct root cause analysis for quality issues: Participate in investigating the underlying reasons for quality discrepancies
Prepare samples or setups for testing and evaluation: Ready the necessary materials or environments needed for thorough quality assessments
Liaise with external auditors during inspections: Assist in facilitating interactions and providing necessary information during external audits
Monitor and report on the quality of incoming materials and supplies: Check the quality of external products and supplies used in product assembly

May be assigned other duties as required
QUALIFICATIONS
18 years of age or older
Eligible to work in the United States
Previous fueler experience required
Must have a valid stateissued drivers license with an acceptable driving record
Ability to read write speak and understand the English language to include documents
Bilingual in English/Spanish a plus (unless required list as required)
Ability to access and interpret information in print and electronically including the use electronic devices including IPads/Tablets Computers and Mobile Devices
Effectively communicate with colleagues and clients both inperson and through electronic means
Pass a background check and drug screen
Eligibility to acquire needed credentials and clearances (FAA TSA Port Authority U.S. Customs and U.S. Postal as applicable)
Airlines are 24/7 so we need our team members to be flexible to work various shifts including nights weekends and holidays
