Job Overview

We are hiring a Telecaller to join our team at Business HR Solutions (Consultancy) Limited. As a Telecaller you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients introducing our services and promoting our company. This is a fulltime position based in Chennai Tamil Nadu India. The ideal candidate should have 1 to 3 years of experience in telecalling and possess strong communication and sales skills.

Qualifications and Skills

• 1 to 3 years of experience in telecalling or a similar role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Tamil language
• Knowledge of real estate industry is a plus
• Strong sales and negotiation skills
• Good organizational and time management abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to handle rejection and overcome objections
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems
