Description
At VetPartners we pride ourselves on delivering shared services support that drives success for our veterinary clinics. This role features a hybrid work arrangement with four days in the office to promote collaboration build strong connections and enhance team engagement.
We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven Talent Acquisition professional to join our Specialty & Emergency Recruitment Team for a part time 4 days per week) 12month parental leave placement. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic supportive and fastpaced environment where no two days are the same.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Talent Sourcing Partner with the Talent Engagement & Development Manager and hospitals to source and place candidates quickly and effectively for both immediate and future needs.
- Full Recruitment Lifecycle Manage endtoend recruitment for Specialists Registrars Residents and Interns optimising our ATS platform.
- Headhunting & Outreach Utilise LinkedIn Projects networking and direct outreach to attract top veterinary talent.
- Stakeholder Engagement Build strong relationships with hospital leaders and industry professionals to support hiring and retention.
- Industry Engagement Assist with global recruitment campaigns conferences and events to strengthen our talent pipeline.
- Process Improvement Help enhance recruitment systems and workflows in a growing business.
