THE AUTOMOTIVE SALES MANAGER IS VITALLY IMPORTANT
The Sales Manager is responsible for supervising and motivating salespeople and promoting and encouraging strategies to sell vehicles. The Sales Manager will desk deals contribute to advertising campaigns assist with finance and insurance provide information for internet listings and much more. They will set sales goals analyze data and develop training programs for sales representatives.

Our Sales Managers can expect to earn between $100000 and $130000 per year.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Hire train and motivate the sales staff.
- Desk car deals showroom control and VIN Solutions as a followup program for salespeople.
- Assist with ordering inventory.
- Active with and followup on all internet leads Also providing direction for all internet deals.
- Provide descriptions for internet listings.
QUALITIES FOR SUCCESS:
- Two years minimum sales experience with a proven record of accomplishment.
- Dealership management experience is preferred.
- Previous F&I experience is preferred.
- Professional personal appearance.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Must possess a valid IL drivers license with an acceptable driving record.
