Job Description
- Ensure each GM upholds the standards and reputation of the brand while enhancing the Guest and Team Member hospitality.
- Breakdown the overall business strategy into the daytoday providing coaching and feedback to the GMs.
- Perform and report on weekly store visits.
- Perform routine operational assessments.
- Oversee the financial preparation and performance of the operation through weekly P&L breakdown.
- Ensure InStore Training Program is being followed evaluate strengths and weaknesses.
- Partner closely with GM to create operational goals for the team members management and financials.
- Oversee the scheduling to ensure GM follows the standards and expectations in order to grow sales and build retention.
- Provide guidance to General Managers to help them connect store metrics to the daily on the floor to achieve business goals.
- Develop internal management to be able to take the next steps with the organizational ladder while recruiting talent outside of the operation.
- Ensure all equipment is functional and all small wares are approved.
- Take Part in management Interviews on an ongoing basis.
- Cultivate a culture of performance dedication and follow through.
- Ensure that every GM provides the best guest experience.
- Must have held GM role for minimum 2 years
- Be able to interpret Financials
- Must be willing to travel within given market
- Must be dedicated results driven a disciplined leader
- Excellent written/verbal communication presentation and interpersonal skills
- Dependable more reliable than spontaneous
- Peopleoriented enjoys interacting with people and working on group projects
