Soprana Rooftop Cucinais the AppalachiameetsAlps style rooftop restaurant featuring brick oven pizza and locally sourced ingredients paired with a curation of craft beer wines and cocktails. Perched atop theEmbassy Suitesin Downtown Asheville guests will enjoy sweeping unobstructed views of the Blue Ridge Mountains in a casual atmosphere worth visiting time and time again. The Role:
As a Cook youre not just preparing orders youre a culinary artist infusing passion and precision into every creation to delight our guests palates.
What Youll Do:
- Prepare and execute a diverse range of dishes with precision and creativity following our recipes and presentation standards.
- Collaborate seamlessly with the kitchen team to ensure a smooth flow of service.
- Maintain a wellorganized and clean workspace including proper storage of ingredients and equipment.
- Ensure the highest standards of food safety and hygiene are consistently met.
- Embrace the challenge of delivering culinary excellence in a dynamic rooftop setting.
- Uphold the reputation of Soprana as a culinary destination through your dedication and artistry.
Your Skills and Style:
- Previous experience as a Cook in a restaurant especially in upscale or rooftop settings is required. Previous experience in an upscale pizza establishment is a plus.
- Your passion for culinary artistry is evident youre dedicated to creating dishes that leave a lasting impression.
- Precision and creativity are your hallmarks you infuse your creations with both technique and flair.
- You thrive in a fastpaced kitchen environment delivering culinary masterpieces under pressure.
- Strong communication skills ensure effective coordination with the kitchen team.
