Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Proven Sales Excellence 5 years of toptier B2B sales performance preferably in commercial plumbing mechanical services or industrial solutions.
  • Strong Closing Ability Demonstrated success in closing $2M in annual sales.
  • Technical & Consultative Sales Expertise Knowledge of plumbing systems backflow prevention water heaters and industrial piping is a plus.
  • HighPerformance Mentality Competitive driven and committed to exceeding targets.
  • Effective Communicator & Influencer Confident in engaging decisionmakers and building lasting relationships.
  • Motivated by Growth & Earnings Determined to maximize income and professional success.
  • Territory Travel Willing to travel up to 50 within the region to meet clients and close deals.
