Job Description
Infosys BPM recherche desApprovisionneurs / Supply Officers pour son projet client Toulouse.
Vous aurez loccasion de collaborer avec les meilleurs talents de lindustrie pour crer des solutions innovantes et de haute qualit qui rpondent aux besoins de nos clients.
Key responsibilities:
Work on activities related to supply chain process : PR analysis PO management quotes creation export control licenses management material sales management material substitution SO/STO return order flow delivery dates collaboration delivery monitoring)
Stock level management in SAP system : stock optimization
Manual PO Placement
Collaboration with suppliers
Communication with the Production to give visibility on deliveries
Missing parts management
Dispute Management
SAP parameter setting for optimization
Identify risks and set up action by anticipation
To interact directly with Suppliers for daytoday work
Interact closely with Front Officer/focal points for any clarifications complex work and updates
Provide weekly operational reports
Document process documentation and standard methodologies
Facilitate and/or participate in team and customer meetings
Effective communication and maintaining professional relations with customers suppliers and coworkers
Identify process gaps and improvement opportunities
Requirements:
Good French (min. C1
Good English (min. B2
At least 23 years of experience in supply chain or customer service
At least Bachelor Degree
Customer orientation and proactive approach
Excellent communication interpersonal and organizational skills
SAP knowledge nice to have
Team player
