Our client is seeking to hire an autistic and/or neurodivergent individual as part of their expanding autism hiring initiative within their Technology Development Program.
Our clients Development Programs allow qualified candidates the opportunity to experience a number of different roles in one particular line of business over the course of 12 months. This is an excellent opportunity to begin exploring your career goals in addition to growing your skills in key areas. The goal of our clients Development Programs is to following completion of all rotations offer the analysts and associates from the development program full time permanent roles in one of our clients lines of business within the Technology organization.
Technology strives to achieve a strategic advantage by engaging people processes and technology to deliver efficient and effective solutions. Associates will rotate through areas within Technology to provide the greatest exposure to rapid development principles and forwardthinking innovation tactics. Associates will be able to share their ideas and concepts in their various roles as a part of the 12month experience.
Upon successful completion of the program associates may be offered the opportunity to work in any number of Technology areas based on their interest skillset and performance.
The Technology Development Program employees are located in Pittsburgh PA Cleveland OH Birmingham AL and Dallas TX.
Job Profile:
Participates as an associate in the line of business development program.
Required Education and Experience:
Compensation is $70000 annually
