The Opportunity
As a Data Migration Specialist youll play a key role in ensuring the smooth accurate and timely transfer of customer data. As part of our Professional Services team youll work closely with customers providing expert support and delivering a great customer experience throughout the migration process.
Responsibilities
- Ensure Data Readiness: Prepare and validate customer data for accuracy before migration.
- Data Migration: Import existing customer data into the aXcelerate system ensuring a smooth transition.
- Troubleshooting & Support: Assist customers with data import queries and troubleshoot issues.
- Bulk Data Imports: Support largescale data imports to streamline customer onboarding.
- Process Documentation: Document processes provide insights for improvement and refine workflows for efficiency.
- Customer Service Excellence: Deliver a high level of support ensuring a positive experience for customers.
- Timely & Communication: Meet deadlines and proactively communicate any potential delays or challenges.
About You
- Tertiary qualification in Computer Science Information Systems or an ITrelated field
- Proficient in Excel SQL Python and Javascript (as a bonus)
- Familiarity with basic relational data concepts
- Highly developed customer service skills
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Strong attention to detail
- Experience in database administration data migration or data analysis
