Job Overview
We are looking for a Tele Calling Executive to join our team at Piegon Media Pvt Ltd. As a Tele Calling Executive you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers and clients introducing them to our services and generating leads for our business. This is a fulltime position based in Panchkula Haryana India.
Qualifications and Skills
- Previous experience in outbound sales or telemarketing
- Excellent communication skills and a pleasant phone manner
- Ability to build rapport and establish relationships with customers
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Goaloriented and selfmotivated
- Good knowledge of the services we offer
- Proficiency in using CRM software
- Junior level: 1 to 3 years of experience
Roles and Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential customers and clients
- Introduce our services to potential customers and explain the benefits
- Generate leads and set up appointments for the sales team
- Maintain a database of potential customers and follow up on leads
- Provide excellent customer service and address customer inquiries
- Achieve sales targets and meet monthly quotas
- Collaborate with team members to improve sales strategies and techniques
- Stay uptodate with product knowledge and industry trends
