As a Nurse Unit Manager you will leverage your clinical expertise to oversee the delivery of highquality care and contribute to the leadership and development of our dedicated nursing staff. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage nursing services staff allocation and patient care delivery.
- Support recruitment selection and staff development initiatives.
- Oversee financial resource and risk management processes.
- Drive quality improvement initiatives to enhance resident outcomes.
- Provide afterhours oversight managing patient flow and staffing.
- Foster a collaborative environment focused on professional growth.
What Were Looking For:
- Registered Nurse with a minimum of 3 years postregistration experience.
- Strong leadership communication and problemsolving skills.
- Experience in residential aged care management including financial and resource oversight.
- Expertise in fostering staff development and driving consumer engagement.
- Sound knowledge of aged care standards ACFI and healthcare quality improvement.
